At Manna Mushrooms, we focus on gourmet and medicinal varieties — the common button mushroom is not our specialty! Instead, you will find a rich and diverse selection that would leave even the most discerning chefs struggling to choose. Our collection includes Hericium mushrooms, a perfect substitute for lobster, giant trumpet mushrooms as a replacement for scallops, and Laetiporus, a great alternative to chicken in fine curry dishes. The popularity of mushrooms, especially the more unusual varieties, has grown exponentially in recent years, and today they are considered some of the most valuable natural superfoods. This is largely due to the fact that leading chefs now have access to a wider range of mushroom species and showcase their vast diversity in form, flavour, and application.

Our facility has the capacity to produce around 2 metric tons of high-quality gourmet mushrooms per week, depending on the varieties being cultivated. Some, like oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus and its variants), grow about twice as fast compared to, for example, shiitake. Other species have a shorter shelf life and may be less suitable for commercial supermarket chains. Regardless of your needs and market requirements, you can be confident that we can adapt our products — whether dried, fresh, or powdered — to meet your specific demands.
